A restaurant renowned for its Italian cuisine made with carefully selected Niigata ingredients. Located in the古町 (Kochi) area, which still retains the streetscape of the Edo period, the building is a renovated Taisho-era traditional house that harmonizes beautifully with the surrounding atmosphere. Guests are required to remove their shoes upon entering and can sit on tatami mats or wooden floors to leisurely enjoy their meals. The interior preserves exquisite frosted glass and wooden partitions from its villa days, creating an elegant ambiance with its delicate decorations. The chef, originally from Niigata, served as head chef at a restaurant in Shonan before returning to the area to open this restaurant in 2017. He fully utilizes the charm of the ingredients paired with simple cooking methods, incorporating Japanese essences such as tofu and seaweed into sauces and other accompaniments to create unique Italian dishes that are widely praised for their exceptional flavor. The restaurant sources vegetables, meats, and fish directly from trusted producers within Niigata Prefecture. It offers three different course sets for lunch and dinner, each with varying dishes and prices, along with a value lunch set during the day. For groups of four or more, there is also an option for a package that includes unlimited drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, for two hours.
