📖 Details

Located in the prestigious area of "Omotesando" in Tokyo, this special restaurant offers a unique experience. Upon opening the grand door, you step into a space that has been reassembled from a Kanazawa merchant's house dating back 150 years, adorned with Art Deco furniture, immersing you in a luxurious and high-class world. Here, you can savor a variety of exquisite dishes made from the finest ingredients, carefully selected from Black Wagyu beef known as "UKAI Selected Beef" to fresh seafood. One of the highlights of the restaurant is the chef's table, where dishes are prepared in front of the customers, allowing you to witness the chef's exceptional culinary skills, which guarantees an even more delicious dining experience. After the meal, guests are invited to the dessert lounge. The corridor features a "French perfume bottle" theme, showcasing collections from the Hakone Glass Forest Museum, including artworks that were once favored by European nobility, creating an ambiance reminiscent of strolling through a castle's hallway. Additionally, the lounge, unified in a style of Art Nouveau, is also a focal point of attention. The large glass windows offer a panoramic view of the city center, overlooking an open-air garden lined with zelkova trees, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
