Rokko Garden Terrace (Rokko Sky Garden) is located at an altitude of 880 meters on Mount Rokko. It is a scenic spot that not only overlooks the city of Kobe but also offers a panoramic view stretching from the Osaka Plain to the Akashi Strait, famously known for its "10 million dollar" night view. The area features several unique viewing spots. From the 11-meter tall "Miharashi Tower," visitors can enjoy a vast panoramic view; at the "Miharashi Terrace," one can sit on the tiered terrace to take in the scenery and relax; and from the "Miharashi Deck," the beautiful landscapes of the Rokko Mountains and the Osaka Plain can be clearly observed. The highest point within the facility is the "Natural Experience Observation Deck Rokko Shidare," which is constructed entirely of cypress wood and features a strikingly unique design with a main trunk and an outer frame called "Branches." It not only allows visitors to experience the natural beauty of Rokko but also lights up with LED lights that change colors with the seasons at night. Visitors can relax in cafes and restaurants with excellent views and terraces, or enjoy strolling through various shops selling Rokko and Kobe souvenirs, selected goods, and accessories. Additionally, walking through the English garden, which is planted with seasonal flowers and herbs, is highly recommended.

The "Natural Experience Observatory Rokko Shidare," which allows you to feel the nature of Mount Rokko, is also very popular. There are well-equipped restaurants with excellent views and terraces, as well as shops selling souvenirs and miscellaneous goods. You can enjoy seasonal flowers and herb plants while walking in the English garden.
