Shinjuku Park Tower consists of three skyscrapers of varying heights, the tallest reaching 235 meters. It features five underground levels and 52 above-ground levels, housing a variety of facilities including office areas, hotels, shops, a multifunctional lobby, and restaurants, making it a mixed-use skyscraper.
Designed by the renowned Japanese architect Kenzo Tange, the three buildings decrease in height in a stepped manner from south to north, blending seamlessly with the surrounding park scenery. The unique triangular roof at the top serves as a landmark for the Nishi-Shinjuku area.
