About sincere
Located in Bessan-dō, this popular French restaurant operates on a fully reservation-based system.
Details
Located about a 3-minute walk from the North Sando Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line, this fully reservation-based French restaurant was opened in 2017 by Chef Masasuke Ishii, who previously ran the popular Shibuya restaurant "bacar." In 2019, it was awarded a Michelin star.
Although the restaurant is situated in a semi-basement, it offers a spacious and open atmosphere, with table seating and terrace seating available. The open kitchen, which can be seen from all seats, creates a lively ambiance. The multi-course dishes are crafted using seasonal ingredients that reflect the four seasons of Japan. While the cuisine is classic French, each dish exudes a unique and original style. The signature dish, "Puff Pastry Fish," resembles a "Taiyaki" and showcases Chef Ishii's imaginative world beautifully presented on the plate.
