The Sunshine City Aquarium is located on the rooftop of the large commercial facility "Ikebukuro Sunshine City." It consists of three exhibition zones: "Sky Journey," "Ocean Journey," and "Waterfront Journey." The "Sky Journey" exhibition area is situated outdoors on the top floor of the building, featuring a large suspended water tank 12 meters wide called "Sky Penguins," where visitors can look up and enjoy the view of penguins seemingly flying freely above the city. In the "Ocean Journey" exhibition area on the first floor of the building, visitors can see a variety of marine life and fully enjoy the experience of wandering in the ocean. The "Waterfront Journey" exhibition area is located on the second floor of the venue, where a wide array of plants and animals living by rivers, lakes, and coastlines can be observed.

The building located on the roof of Sunshine City in Ikebukuro features the popular "Penguins in the Sky" that looks like penguins flying in the sky. Visitors can enjoy exciting performances from various animals.
