🍜 THE AGINGHOUSE 1795 Dojima Store

📝 Introduction

A restaurant where you can enjoy aged meat made from the highest grade American beef.

📖 Details

THE AGINGHOUSE 1795 is a restaurant where you can enjoy "aged meat" dishes made by resting edible meat for a certain period to enhance its flavor. It uses the highest grade of American beef, Prime, which is carefully aged and served. First, the beef undergoes dry aging in a circulating air environment for about a week. Then, it is wet aged in vacuum packaging for about three weeks. It is said that this two-step aging process further intensifies the deliciousness of the meat. To fully experience the flavor of aged meat, the sirloin steak is highly recommended. Additionally, there is a unique steak sauce flavored with orange juice, a refreshing daikon radish and citrus vinegar sauce, and homemade smoked salt, making the three different flavors of teppanyaki very popular. THE AGINGHOUSE 1795 recommends whiskey as the best pairing for aged meat. The restaurant features JIM BEAM displayed throughout, which pairs excellently with the aged meat. Classic wines that complement meat dishes are also available, along with a rich variety of other beverages such as beer and cocktails. The menu offers a wide selection of à la carte dishes, as well as set meals, banquet plans, and unlimited drink options, making it suitable for various dining occasions.
