Tokyo Sea Life Park, located within Kasai Rinkai Park, is situated 30.7 meters above ground and resembles a glass dome building that appears to float on Tokyo Bay. Here, you can encounter a variety of rare marine life from around the world and experience the mysterious ocean world. Not only can you watch schools of black tuna swimming gracefully, but you can also observe cute penguins up close. The park features the world's largest exhibition area for giant kelp, as well as an ecological zone for birds that primarily live in the ocean. Inside the aquarium, there is also a self-service restaurant and shops where you can enjoy delicious food or purchase souvenirs.

One of the highlights is the giant donut-shaped water tank, which has a water capacity of 2,200 tons. The sight of schools of blackfin tuna swimming in it is truly spectacular. It features Japan's largest penguin display space, home to Humboldt penguins and fairy penguins. Visitors can observe the penguins' natural behavior both on land and in the water. The freshwater aquarium is also well worth a visit. It includes a tank that recreates a mountain stream found in Japan. There are free guided tours offered throughout the facility. These tours occur twice a day (at 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM), with a limit of 10 participants (please note that the tours may be canceled due to crowd conditions). It is recommended to try the restaurant "Sea Wind" within the facility, which is known for its signature dish: fried tuna cutlet curry rice. You can choose to take a water taxi from two locations: either from the two countries or from Odaiba Seaside Park (please check the official website of the water taxi "Tokyo Mizube Cruising Line").
