The signature soy milk is made from yellow soybeans sourced from Miyagi Prefecture and is freshly prepared in-store every day. In addition to plain soy milk, there is a sweet soy milk series made with special syrup or sesame. The most popular soy milk soup, "Xian Dou Jiang" (salty soy milk), has a tangy flavor and rich soy aroma that makes it addictive with just one sip. It is served with youtiao (fried dough sticks) as a topping, making it an ideal breakfast that satisfies both body and mind. The shop also offers a variety of other Taiwanese dishes, including breads and rice balls. The flaky pastry made from flour and lard has a texture between bread and pie, available in both sweet and savory flavors. The rice balls made from glutinous rice are packed with generous fillings. This shop is a well-known local favorite, and it may close once items are sold out. On weekends and public holidays, number tickets are distributed starting at 8 AM.
