The complex facility designed with the concept of "community boat sharing" in Edogawa Ward, a riverside city, is a symbol of Edogawa Ward and is widely loved by the public. Inside, there are event halls that can accommodate various purposes and scales, along with 17 meeting rooms of different sizes, a cinema equipped with a digital sound system for movie viewing, as well as restaurants, cafes, and various types of shops. Additionally, there is a wedding salon that provides services needed for weddings, including a chapel, banquet hall, and photography studio. The facility is equipped with various exhibition halls, including a large hall suitable for concerts and performances that can accommodate 750 people; a smaller hall that can be adjusted based on stage planning, with a maximum capacity of 300; and event halls used for large receptions, symposiums, and wedding banquets, as well as exhibition halls suitable for art exhibitions such as calligraphy and painting. On the first floor, the souvenir shop "edomachi（エドマチ）" sells traditional crafts from Edogawa Ward, such as "Edo handkerchiefs" and "Edo kumiko." The free observation deck, one of the "three major observation towers in Tokyo," is also not to be missed, offering a 360-degree view of Tokyo from a height of 103 meters.
