This park, centered around a fountain, was built to commemorate Emperor Showa's wedding in 1961. The park features artistic fountains and a waterfall that stands 5.5 meters high and 30 meters wide, serving as an urban oasis for many citizens. When the fountains are illuminated at night, visitors can enjoy a beautiful and romantic view. The free resting area is characterized by a glass exterior that offers an open atmosphere, allowing guests to appreciate the fountains and the lush scenery. Additionally, there are displays related to the Imperial Palace as well as information on recommended attractions regarding the park and nature. The adjacent Starbucks resembles an opera house, providing a spacious environment with high ceilings where guests can enjoy coffee, light meals, or afternoon tea.

You can fully enjoy the free leisure space filled with fountains and lush greenery. At night, the fountain lights up, creating a very romantic atmosphere. Next to the park is a beautifully decorated Starbucks.
