The paid area on the fourth floor and above offers rich exhibitions that provide insights into the flora and fauna of Fukushima-gata, including the Greater White-fronted Goose and Ghost Lotus, as well as its history. In the video exhibition room, you can observe the real-time conditions of the lagoon through live cameras. From the rooftop observation deck on the seventh floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Fukushima-gata and the Echigo Plain.
