The park located on the artificial island "Yahashi Kihanto" in Lake Biwa consists of free facilities for visitors to enjoy, as well as paid amenities such as a camping area, ground golf, and a swimming pool. Walking through the lush greenery of the park brings a sense of peace and tranquility.

Paid facilities include "Fun Bicycles," tennis courts, ground golf, a camping area, a barbecue zone, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The "Fun Bicycles," which are particularly popular among family visitors, come in animal shapes and tandem models, allowing for free riding for 30 minutes (290 yen for adults, 190 yen for children). The camping area requires reservations, and visitors can set up their own tents for accommodation.
