🍜 Yoshida Go Game Noodle ESCA Store

📝 Introduction

A specialty shop for Qizi noodles that delivers fresh noodles directly from its own factory.

📖 Details

A noodle shop directly operated by a noodle factory established in 1890. It exclusively uses freshly made noodles delivered directly from its own factory every morning. Specially selected domestic wheat varieties suitable for making traditional noodles include "Kinuakari(きぬあかり)" from Aichi Prefecture and "Ayahikari(あやひかり)" from Mie Prefecture. To showcase the deliciousness of the noodles, it uses soft water with a rich texture and spares no effort in selecting ingredients. Additionally, the dough is aged to create a smooth mouthfeel. The sauce is based on mackerel and does not use chemical seasonings, making it delicious and aromatic, prompting one to drink it all. In addition to the simple traditional noodles, there are various menu options, including "Happō(八宝)," a dish paired with Chinese-style eight treasure vegetables. The noodles seasoned with Hacchō miso from Okazaki City in Aichi Prefecture have a distinctive Nagoya flavor.
