Among them is the authentic raw ham "Hamon Minakami," made from Gunma Prefecture's brand pork and aged for 12 months; homemade ham and sausages made from selected fresh domestic pork and beef; and steaks cooked using the rare "Masuda Beef." Diners can enjoy many dishes that are both fresh and high-quality, served in generous portions. The thick and juicy pork cutlet rice bowl and the roasted pork using large chunks of meat are particularly outstanding. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable, leaving many diners amazed by the value, exclaiming, "How can such delicious and large portions be so cheap!" This has resulted in a loyal customer base. Beer is the best pairing for meat dishes, and the local beer from Minakami Town is the perfect match for the cuisine.
