Measuring approximately 108 meters in length, it is Japan's largest pedestrian-only movable bridge. This bridge spans the first canal of Mojiko Port and opens and closes six times a day to accommodate passing ships. The scene of the bridge at a 60-degree angle to the water surface is not to be missed.
It offers a fantastic view of the Kanmon Straits and the Kanmon Bridge, and is located near tourist attractions such as the Mojiko Retro District. At night, the bridge piers are illuminated. It’s a great place to take a leisurely stroll while enjoying the night view near the Kanmon Straits.
