It is also known by the nickname "Healing Bath," making it a popular destination for therapeutic soaking. Furano Gorge Onsen is also famous for having the largest outdoor bathing area in Japan. It features three types of baths: the "Yunokigen" bath, the "Owl" bath, and the "Yuyuu" bath, accommodating up to 200 bathers at a time.
