🗺️ Haitian Comprehensive Park海田総合公園

Kaita Comprehensive Park is located in Kaita Town and can be reached in about 10 minutes by taking the Kure Line train from JR Hiroshima Station. This park, which makes full use of its rich natural environment, features a herb garden where seasonal flowers can be admired, a four-season plaza, a fruit garden, and walking paths for leisurely strolls. The park includes large playground facilities themed around Kaita Town's town tree, "Kusunoki" (楠木), and town flower, "Himawari" (向日葵), known as the "Kusunoki Set" and "Himawari Set," located in the most popular playground area of the park. In addition to the spacious park, there are two observation decks where visitors can enjoy views of Miyajima's Mt. Misen on clear days, making it a favorite spot for visitors, with over 200,000 people reportedly visiting each year. Located in the management building's lobby, "Bee Coffee" offers light meals and beverages. Additionally, there is a free camping area and a paid tennis court, making it a recommended place for group recreational activities.
