Hie Shrine is famous for blessing relationships, achieving good marriages, work luck, and business prosperity. In the shrine grounds, there are not only the common guardian lion-dogs (komainu) but also a statue of the sacred monkey, said to bring good fortune in relationships, along with talismans and wooden ema (votive tablets) designed with monkeys.
The rare mountain-shaped torii gate is quite well-known, and the "Senbon Torii" (thousand torii gates) along the Inari path is another major highlight. The grounds also feature subordinate shrines such as the "Sannō Inari Shrine," "Sarutahiko Shrine," and "Yasaka Shrine," which are worth visiting for worship as well.
