📝 Introduction
Beer brewed with the clear spring water flowing from Mount Takasaki, the symbol of Kawaba Village in Gunma Prefecture.
📖 Details
Located within the "Road Station Kawaba Rural Plaza," Kawaba Brewery Co., Ltd. carefully brews "KAWABA Beer" using the sweet and clear spring water from Kawaba Village in Gunma Prefecture. It is said to be based on traditional German flavors while also exuding fruity aromas from the yeast.
There are four types of beer available. The "WEIZEN White Wheat Beer" has a slight bitterness and a rich fruity aroma; the "AMBER ALE" perfectly blends the bitterness of hops with the aroma and sweetness of caramel malt; the "YUKIHOTAKA PILSNER" is a draft beer brewed with a local rice variety called Yukihotaka; and the "IPA India Pale Ale" features a citrus front flavor with a solid bitter aftertaste, offered in bottles. With its rich taste and aroma, along with a refreshing aftertaste, this beer is popular among people of all ages.
The restaurant and brewery are combined, attracting attention for allowing customers to enjoy freshly brewed beer at any time. Additionally, bottled versions of the four types of beer can be purchased at the on-site farmer's market, making them perfect as souvenirs.
