Located in Kichijoji, the handmade weaving workshop 手織工房 jota (jota) is a place where you can experience the art of weaving. There is no need for any advanced skills, nor do you have to design a pattern in advance; you can simply choose your favorite colors and yarn and start weaving freely. The yarn used is mainly high-quality yarn leftover from textile factories. The workshop also offers classes with various experiential courses, such as a course where you can weave a scarf in just one day.

During the experience class, participants can choose their favorite yarn from approximately 2,000 types to weave their fabric. The project mainly uses high-quality yarn leftover from textile factories. There is also an online store selling yarn and handlooms.
