Guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Hamamatsu from 60 meters high while savoring eel dishes. The restaurant uses high-quality eel from Lake Hamana. The characteristic of Lake Hamana eel is that it is larger and richer in fat compared to regular eel, and its quality is stable. Under the chef's skillful technique, the thick fish is grilled to achieve a crispy exterior and tender interior. The rich and sweet sauce is inherited from the recipe of the Kokuho Hotel. It pairs seamlessly with the white rice cooked from locally produced Hamamatsu Koshihikari rice. The sansho pepper used to enhance the flavor is also carefully selected; while most eel rice dishes typically use sansho powder, this restaurant specifically uses domestic sansho berries, which customers can grind into powder themselves, allowing them to enjoy the natural aroma of the sansho and accentuate the wonderful taste of the eel. From the north side of the restaurant, guests can enjoy a distant view of the Southern Alps and the cityscape of Hamamatsu, while the south side offers a view of Hamamatsu Castle, providing a unique emotional experience.
