The vast garden features numerous themed parks filled with seasonal flowers. In spring, tulips and pink butterfly flowers bloom, while in autumn, Persian daisies and others come into season. As the seasons change, nighttime lighting events are also held. Additionally, the large greenhouse "Begonia Garden" houses hundreds of flower species from around the world, including begonias, with approximately 12,000 plants, allowing visitors to enjoy beautiful flowers year-round.
In recent years, the "Meika no Sato Illumination Event," held from autumn to spring each year, has garnered significant attention. It is the largest of its kind in Japan, known as the "Sea of Lights." This lighting event utilizes the world's most advanced technology and the latest LED bulbs, captivating all visitors on-site. Each year, the theme of the lighting event changes, making it endlessly enjoyable to revisit.
Meika no Sato also gathers restaurants offering Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, allowing guests to savor authentic delicacies. Visitors can also enjoy locally brewed beers with authentic German flavors at restaurants like "Nagashima Beer Garden." Additionally, there are hot spring facilities called "Sato no Yu" for day trips, making it easy to enjoy the relaxing experience of Nagashima hot springs.

Take the bus from JR or Kintetsu "Nagoya" Station (Meitetsu Bus Center) towards Nagashima Onsen, and get off at "Meika no Sato" Station to arrive.
