NAKABU-an (なかぶ庵) is a specialty store that inherits traditional manufacturing methods while incorporating modern essence, producing handmade somen noodles. Their signature product is the "nama somen," crafted with exclusive techniques to showcase a soft and chewy texture with excellent elasticity. The "olive nama somen," luxuriously made with 100% Shodoshima olive juice from their own farm and premium extra virgin olive oil, has also received high praise. In the restaurant next to the factory, visitors can enjoy high-quality freshly made somen. Additionally, guests can participate in the "hashi bun experience" to learn the techniques of making hand-stretched somen, and through factory tours, they can understand the production process of somen.
