Creperie Alcyon offers dishes featuring crispy and chewy crepes made from savory buckwheat flour for traditional galettes and crepes. The owner, moved by the delicious crepes in France, decided to learn the craft and open a shop to promote the authentic flavors. The menu features over 20 items, including seasonal specialties. Unlike Japanese crepes that are often topped with fresh cream and fruits to highlight the ingredients' flavors, the local French crepes emphasize simplicity and the ability to "taste the batter."
