A complex facility created by the renowned coffee shop "Kurumi no Ki" in Nara. This facility, located at the entrance of Naramachi, consists of the tourist information center "Mayu," the dining hall "Kamado," and the café "Saezuri."
"Mayu" is a unique blend of Japanese and Western architecture built in the early Taisho era, leaving a deep impression with its distinctive space. Unlike typical tourist information centers, it attracts visitors to embark on a wonderful journey through Nara by emphasizing interaction and conversation with travelers, as well as offering original tourist maps. The renovated warehouse features an exhibition room and a library, providing a charming space to spend enriching moments.
The dining hall "Kamado" serves signature rice cooked using traditional charcoal stoves. It offers set meals centered around freshly cooked white rice, accompanied by side dishes made from local Nara ingredients, allowing guests to experience the charm of Nara through food.
