PEDRA BRANCA was once a popular café located in the Togoshi Ginza shopping street. In May 2021, it relocated near Togoshi Park Station and is now a takeout shop specializing in pancakes and house-roasted coffee. The signature menu item is a pancake that is about 2.5 cm thick. Although it looks plain on the outside, taking a bite reveals a delightful taste filled with the aroma of eggs and wheat. The shop is very particular about its ingredients, using only domestically produced Japanese flour and baking powder that is aluminum-free. The carefully crafted pancakes are loved by people of all ages, from children to the elderly.
The menu includes a "Pancake Plane" for 460 yen, a "Matcha Pancake" for 540 yen, and you can add their original cream for an additional 140 yen. The pancakes topped with savory cream taste even sweeter and more delicious.
If you plan to eat while walking, the freshly baked "PEDRA Yaki" is recommended, which features a thick pancake generously spread with cream, priced at 480 yen. Additionally, the "Rice Flour Pancake," made with domestically produced Japanese rice, is also popular at 490 yen. It is suggested to buy a cup of coffee to enjoy alongside your pancakes.
