The Sapporo Beer Museum is the only beer museum in Japan. While gaining an in-depth understanding of Hokkaido's pioneering history, visitors can also feel the passion and effort that the predecessors dedicated to brewing Japanese beer. When visiting the museum, it is recommended to participate in the guided "Prestige Tour (paid)" to listen to explanations while exploring. You can watch a retrospective of the pioneering history in the 6K wide-screen theater "Premium Theatre," and also view many precious exhibits such as historical advertisement posters and beer bottles. Additionally, the red brick building has been designated as a Hokkaido Heritage, and the red brick chimney and the giant beer boiling kettle are the most popular photo spots. What is most appealing is that after the tour, visitors can enjoy tastings. You can sample the "Reproduction Sapporo Lager" produced by the Sapporo Pioneer Brewery and experience the different flavors of the long-selling "Sapporo Black Label Draft Beer."
