Located on the hills of Biei Town in Hokkaido, the Observation Flower Garden offers a stunning scene where dozens of flowers bloom like a carpet from spring to autumn. Particularly from June to September, the flowers are at their most vibrant, with lavender, sage, marguerites, and cockscomb blooming in straight lines, creating a picturesque landscape. During the summer season from late April to late October, a guided bus tour takes visitors around the park. Off-road vehicles can also be rented to circle the area. In winter, the flower fields transform into a snowy world, where snow activities like snow tubing and snowmobiling are very popular. The snowmobile course includes a loop of about 1 kilometer, as well as a professional forest route lasting about 10 to 20 minutes. At the "Alpaca Farm," which is open year-round (admission fee applies), visitors can get up close to adorable alpacas and participate in feeding activities.
