🗺️ Shosenkyo Ropeway昇仙峡ロープウェイ

The Shosenkyo Ropeway leads to Shosenkyo, located within the Chichibu-Tama-Kai National Park, designated as a national special scenic spot and known as "Japan's Most Beautiful Gorge." Taking the ropeway, you can reach the summit at an altitude of 1,058 meters in just 5 minutes, bringing you to a breathtaking viewpoint. Overlooking the steep gorge below and the rough granite rock layers, you can experience the magnificent scenery of nature. The autumn foliage is particularly beautiful, with November being the best time for viewing. In addition to the panoramic observation deck at the summit, there are several other stunning viewpoints. The Floating Fuji Plaza is a spot where you can see the floating clouds and Mount Fuji. Additionally, the Yakumo Shrine, said to bring good fortune in relationships, is also worth a visit. A 20-minute walk from the summit will take you to Mount Misaburo. From this location, you can gaze at Mount Fuji, the Kofu Basin, and the Southern Alps, making it a popular energy spot due to the feeling of Mount Fuji's energy.
