The Sweet Bank is the flagship store opened by Shunhwadou, widely known for its eel pie. Designed with a theme of family reunion, the building features oversized tables, chairs, and shopping bags scaled up to about 13 times their normal size, creating a playful appearance that makes visitors feel as if they have entered a miniature world, where they can enjoy the fun of shopping. Within the SWEET BANK, the "SHOP Shunhwadou" offers a variety of unique products, including a brand new frozen cream sandwich, a thick and aromatic baked leaf pie carefully layered by skilled pastry chefs, and seasonal wagashi (和菓子) made with the theme of the Sweet Bank. Many items can only be tasted at the Sweet Bank. Additionally, the mall houses a café and bakery called "Tiger and Balloons," which can be utilized for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. The daily changing lunch features a luxurious selection made with rich local ingredients, including a garden salad, two types of appetizers, a main course with a choice of meat or fish, soup, and rice or homemade bread, making it highly recommended. Other facilities include a交流 space called "Cream Corner," which can be used for lectures or workshops, as well as the "Hamamatsu Iwata Shinkin Bank Morita Branch."
