TAMAHIDE ICHINO (たまひで いちの) is a sister restaurant of the renowned "TAMAHIDE," famous for its oyakodon (親子丼) in Tokyo. Founded in 1760, TAMAHIDE is a long-established restaurant specializing in chicken dishes located in the Ningyocho area. Both sister restaurants are well-known for jointly creating oyakodon. The stylish and beautifully decorated restaurant is located in the Tokyo Skytree and plays jazz music, allowing diners to enjoy the most authentic oyakodon. This restaurant places great emphasis on the texture of the chicken and the firmness of the rice, paying attention to every detail. In its cooking, two types of best-suited military chicken (軍鶏) are used, which are considered the highest quality chicken. During dinner, a luxurious set menu featuring an abundance of military chicken dishes is also available.
