After exiting the "Yaesu North Exit" ticket gate at Tokyo Station, you will find "TOKYO GIFT PALETTE (東京禮物調色盤)." Located at a corner of "Tokyo Station Ichibangai," it features 39 shops where you can find the most suitable Japanese and Western snacks as souvenirs from Tokyo, exclusive desserts sold only here, exquisite bento boxes and delicatessen, as well as cozy cafes to relax in. Among these, 24 shops are new brands and new types that have opened for the first time at Tokyo Station, attracting attention. It reopened on November 16, 2022, after expansion and renovation. In the new area, there are three brands making their debut at Tokyo Station: "ALMOND東京," "PeTit MarBLe," and "cote cour." Additionally, there are five new shops in the original area, enriching the variety of products available.
In this high-quality space, retired Shinkansen 700 series trains have been repurposed as decorations, creating a strong connection to the new generation. The central area features pillars and ceilings decorated with cherry blossom petals, made from recycled aluminum materials from the Shinkansen 700 series.
