The best-selling signature item is the "Jewel Trio Combination," which includes one piece of marbled beef and one piece of lean meat, along with one piece of pork belly sushi made from "Hida Natto-raising Pork." The sushi is served on shrimp chips instead of a plate, making it perfect for enjoying during a walk. Additionally, there are croquettes made with Hida beef for sukiyaki, as well as a wide variety of drinks like locally brewed beer and fruit juices from Gero and Hida.
