ROSA & BERRY Tohata is a garden farm surrounded by mountains, covering an area of 13,000 square meters. Within the park, there are seven gardens that emphasize harmony with nature, including the "Garden of Roses and Perennial Plants" and the "Rose Garden." Additionally, there is a "Fairy Village with Elves," a ranch where sheep and ponies roam freely, allowing for close interaction with the animals. Furthermore, the "Laughing Sheep Garden Farm," which opened in 2019 as the world's first life-sized Laughing Sheep themed facility, is also very popular. The park, filled with countless roses and other floral plants, features several dining options. There are cafes perfect for a break during a stroll, restaurants offering barbecue, and a BBQ experience area where visitors can grill vegetables they have just picked. Various shops are scattered throughout the park, selling handmade jams without additives, homemade snacks, Manuka honey ice cream, and "Laughing Sheep" merchandise. In addition, the park hosts a variety of interesting experiential activities. There are dedicated workshops for DIY experiences and vegetable gardens where visitors can experience harvesting crops, ensuring that both adults and children can lose track of time while having fun. Moreover, from late October to mid-March each year, the park holds the largest experiential light-up show in the Kansai region.
