Hattori Farm is located near the famous scenic spot "Lake Miyagase" in the Kanto region. The farm is situated on the Ryōno Plateau, where it remains cool and comfortable even in summer. It takes about 80 minutes by car from downtown Tokyo, or approximately 2 hours by train and bus, making it easily accessible. Spanning a vast area, Hattori Farm is one of the largest farms in Kanagawa Prefecture. It houses over 50 dairy cows, as well as horses, sheep, goats, rabbits, and more than ten other types of animals. The sight of these animals freely roaming the pastures evokes images of grazing landscapes in Europe or Hokkaido. The farm offers a "Farm Work Experience," where visitors can not only feed the sheep and goats but also care for the cows, herd the sheep, and milk the cows, allowing for various interactive activities with the animals. Additionally, there is a rich selection of farm specialty cuisine. This includes Italian ice cream made from high-quality milk produced on the farm and carefully selected ingredients, handmade sausages crafted by a master trained in Germany, and barbecue facilities that come fully equipped with all the necessary ingredients.
