Takasaki Kannon Pond Park covers an area of 63 hectares, roughly equivalent to 13 Tokyo Domes. It features numerous plazas and playgrounds of various sizes, as well as a water play area, a Ferris wheel, and extensive leisure facilities including hot springs and accommodation options. The hot spring facility "Kannon Sakura no Sato" offers both Japanese and Western-style baths, which are alternated between men and women daily. Each bath area includes indoor baths, ion baths, saunas, outdoor baths, and electric baths, providing a healing and relaxing experience. Amusement facilities are open for paid use on weekends, including a Ferris wheel with a view of the city, a 720-meter-long slide, and a grass slope sliding area where visitors can slide on specially designed boots. During the summer vacation, there is also a limited-time 155-meter-long floating river and a water play area for young children. The park offers four types of car camping areas and small cabins equipped with heating and cooling systems, which can be chosen based on the number of people or specific needs. It is also a well-known spot for cherry blossoms, azaleas, and moss phlox, with beautiful flowers blooming during the season that captivate flower-viewing visitors.
