🗺️ Tenjin-dori Shopping Street (天神通り商店街)天神通商店街

Tenshin Shopping Street is located along the path leading from Chōfu Station to the Fuda Tenjin Shrine. It is said that the popular manga "GeGeGe no Kitarō" features Kitarō living in the forest behind the Fuda Tenjin Shrine, which is why the shopping street is affectionately nicknamed "Kitarō Street." Throughout the shopping street, you can find numerous statues of characters from "GeGeGe no Kitarō," including Kitarō and Nezumi Otoko. There are about 50 diverse shops along the entire shopping street, including restaurants and grocery stores.

Throughout the shopping street, you can see statues of various characters from the manga "GeGeGe no Kitaro." On both sides of the shopping street, there are all kinds of shops lined up.
