Standing 225 meters tall with 48 floors above ground and 5 below, the building features a fountain pool as part of its exterior design, embodying the concept of "Extreme Passion" and creating a vast entertainment space with various facilities. The theater "THEATER MIRANO-Za," inheriting the name of the former Shinjuku Milanza, offers a variety of entertainment performances in its approximately 900-seat venue. The "109 Cinemas Premium Shinjuku," a high-end cinema with seats about 2.3 times larger than those in typical theaters, is also located here, along with the live performance hall "Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO)" and the nighttime entertainment facility "ZEROTOKYO," which transforms into a nightlife venue in the evenings, providing a rich array of entertainment spaces. On the upper floors, two hotels have taken residence. "BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel" features rooms with expansive views and luxurious top-floor suites. "HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel" offers rooms designed with the concept of tatami-style Japanese suites. The entertainment and food plaza "Shinjuku Kabukihall ~ Kabukicho Yokocho" is a glamorous alley themed around "Japanese Festivals," where visitors can enjoy famous dishes and street food from all over Japan almost all day, from 6 AM to 5 AM the next day. The various floors are adorned with 26 sets of artworks by contemporary artists, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of Shinjuku Kabukicho, a representative entertainment district of Japan.
