The last stop of the Aomori Prefecture trip is recommended to be "A-FACTORY." This is a shopping destination that gathers a selection of local ingredients, groceries, traditional crafts, and gourmet foods from Aomori Prefecture, offering a wide variety of souvenirs and local products that are sure to catch your eye. On the first floor, the Marche features local ingredients and famous products. There’s also a dessert shop that uses fresh eggs from locally raised chickens, as well as restaurants and a food street that utilize the rich ingredients produced in Aomori Prefecture to create meals. The second floor has a crepe shop that uses Aomori buckwheat flour, where you can taste various local delicacies. On the first floor, the CIDLE workshop, separated by glass partitions, luxuriously uses only two carefully selected varieties of Aomori apples, "Fuji" and "Jonagold," to produce sparkling fruit wine called "AOMORI CIDRE." The second floor features a tasting vending machine where you can sample refreshing options like "Standard," the apple-sweetened "Sweet," and the non-sweet "Dry." It is recommended to taste before purchasing at the Marche on the first floor. For those who do not drink alcohol or for children, apple soda is also available. Just wandering around here allows you to feel the charm of Aomori's products.
