🍜 Asahikawa Ramen Aoba Main Store
🎨 Restaurant Gallery
📝 Introduction
From a small food stall to a popular restaurant, it is a pioneer of Asahikawa ramen.
📖 Details
Founded in 1947, this Asahikawa ramen shop has over 70 years of history, starting from a small food stall. The shop has established the impression that "Asahikawa ramen = soy sauce," and is renowned alongside Sapporo's miso ramen and Hakodate's salt ramen, making it a true origin of Asahikawa ramen.
The signature "soy sauce ramen" is made following the original recipe developed by the first-generation owner. The ramen broth is a rich animal-based stock simmered for a full day using pork bones and chicken bones, combined with a dual broth extracted from seafood such as Rishiri kelp, bonito flakes, and dried sardines, along with vegetables, all harmonized with soy sauce. This results in a rich flavor with a refreshing aftertaste. Paired with medium-thick curly noodles, it delivers a traditional and nearly perfect taste.
In addition to soy sauce, there are also miso ramen and salt ramen available. If two people are dining together, they can order two different flavors to savor and compare. All ramen dishes come with butter and chashu (braised pork).
