This cup noodle features crispy tempura on top of the soba noodles, and the soy sauce-flavored broth emits a rich bonito aroma. The preparation method is also very simple. First, add the seasoning powder into the cup, then pour in boiling water and wait for 3 minutes. The accompanying tempura is the key to the flavor; it must be added to the soup just before eating to enjoy the crispy texture of the tempura.
