Since the introduction of instant cup noodles featuring udon and soba in 1976, "DONBURI" has been a beloved brand among the Japanese people. This cup noodle features crispy tempura on top of the soba noodles, and the soy sauce-flavored broth emits a rich bonito aroma. The preparation method is also very simple. First, add the seasoning powder into the cup, then pour in boiling water and wait for 3 minutes. The accompanying tempura is the key to the flavor; it must be added to the soup just before eating to enjoy the crispy texture of the tempura.

Tempura must be added to the soup just before eating to maintain its crispy texture. There is a groove in the middle of the dough; after cracking an egg into it, pour in boiling water, and you have a bowl of "Tsukimi Soba." The flavor of the broth differs between Kanto and Kansai, with Gifu Prefecture's Sekigahara serving as the boundary.
