📜 Content

Lake Yamanaka, the largest of the Fuji Five Lakes, has welcomed the newly transformed sightseeing boat, the "Hakuchōko" (Swan Lake), which was revamped from the original tour boat "Odette Princess." The boat offers a leisurely 25-minute route around Lake Yamanaka, allowing passengers to enjoy the pleasant scenery of the lake and the beautiful views of Mount Fuji. In line with the concept of "the most beautiful swan floating on Japan's number one Mount Fuji," the overall design of the boat resembles a graceful swan. Designed by the renowned Japanese designer Reiji Mitoaka, it has won multiple awards. The elegant and charming swan-like appearance glides gracefully across the lake. The interior of the boat features oak wood, showcasing its natural grain and texture. The soft, curved design exudes warmth, creating a relaxing and comfortable space for passengers. To ensure that children have a joyful experience while on board, the Hakuchōko includes designated seating for kids, as well as telescopes and observation seats with steering wheels that allow them to feel like captains. The boat is filled with thoughtfully designed features, making it one of its highlights. Additionally, tickets for the Hakuchōko, which include swan feeding fees, are available as a package called "Swan Feeding Experience and Eco-Friendly Water Tour." This offers a precious opportunity to encounter wild swans while enjoying the beautiful nature around Lake Yamanaka.
