📖 Details
Wada Lake is a volcanic crater lake formed by volcanic activity around 200,000 years ago and is a renowned scenic spot. Now, you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery from the lake.
There are two sightseeing boat routes: Route A is a one-way trip from Kyuka to Konokuchi, while Route B departs from Kyuka Mountain, circling around Lake Nishi and Chuko, the third deepest lake in Japan. Both routes have a sailing time of about 50 minutes, allowing you to choose based on your schedule.
The beauty of the four seasons, such as the fresh greenery in summer and the autumn leaves, along with the azure lake surface, the playful waterfowl, and the spectacular cliffs rising up to 200 meters, are all part of the lake's charm, distinct from the enchanting views along the lakeside.
In addition to regular seating, the sightseeing boats also offer elegantly designed green compartments (additional charges apply). Feel the lake breeze on the deck and enjoy the pleasure of your boat trip.
