🍜 Legendary SUTA Don Akihabara Store

📝 Introduction

Pork rice bowl seasoned with rich secret sauce, generously portioned.

📖 Details

SUTA Don was founded in 1971 and has now become a popular chain with multiple branches both in Japan and abroad. The Akihabara branch is a two-story shop, with a large photo of "SUTA Don" hanging on the wall above the entrance, making it very eye-catching. In addition to bar seating on the first floor, there are also dining seats on the second floor. The restaurant offers a "SUTA Don" that is both nutritious and generously portioned. Skilled chefs expertly handle the frying pan and high heat, quickly stir-frying pork coated in a secret garlic soy sauce and serving it over white rice for customers to enjoy. The most popular item on the menu is the "Classic SUTA Don," which comes with miso soup and a raw egg. The menu also includes Korean Kimchi SUTA Don, Cheese SUTA Don, and Fried Chicken SUTA Don, among others. Additionally, meat lovers can pay extra to add more meat.

⭐ Highlights

The portion of white rice served in the menu is more than three times that of a typical restaurant. Dipping the meat slices in raw egg makes them taste even better. Mini-sized rice bowls are also available. In addition to SUTA丼 (SUTA Don), there is a wide variety of dishes including fried rice, noodles, and curry.
