This ramen shop is extremely popular, consistently attracting long lines of customers. Since its opening in 2012, it has built a strong fan base by basing its offerings on traditional Takayama Chūka Ramen while striving to create unique flavors. It has also been featured in the "Michelin Guide Aichi, Gifu, Mie 2019 Special Edition." The menu offers only the simple "Chūka Ramen" in regular or large sizes, with an option to add a soft-boiled egg. The broth, simmered for over seven hours with chicken bones, bonito, small dried fish, and local vegetables, enhances the deliciousness of the soy sauce, making it a perfect match for the chewy thin noodles.
