🌸 About This Restaurant

The ultimate tsukemen from a super popular ramen shop.

📜 Restaurant Details

The signature ramen here is the "特製濃厚魚介沾麵" (Special Rich Seafood Dipping Noodles). After placing your order, you can choose between medium, large, and extra-large servings, which cost 50, 100, and 150 yen respectively. I recommend opting for the large or extra-large bowl (中盛り or 特盛り), as you can get unlimited refills of the dipping broth starting from the large size! The texture differs from udon noodles because it is made with whole wheat flour, providing a smooth and slippery mouthfeel but with more chewiness. The rich aroma of wheat fills your mouth, leaving a sweet aftertaste. The dipping broth is a hearty concoction made from chicken stock and five types of seafood and shellfish. Next, you dip the noodles into the broth to enjoy the dipping noodles. Since the noodles are thick and straight, they hold the broth well. The rich broth and the thickness of the noodles create an excellent combination! Especially the fragrant broth leaves a lasting impression.
