📖 Details

Sanman Stone is a representative dessert manufacturer in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, established in 1946. Since its founding, it has consistently insisted on using high-quality ingredients to produce a variety of Japanese and Western-style sweets over the years. The signature product, "Mamadoru," has been loved by customers for over 50 years since its launch in 1967, becoming a classic representative of Fukushima's local specialties. "Mamadoru," which features a creamy outer shell wrapped around a milk red bean paste filling, is inspired by the Spanish phrase "teta de leche," meaning "milk's breast." It has a moist and gentle taste that reflects its name. Conveniently sized for a single bite, the red bean paste melts in your mouth. The packaging comes in various sizes, from 5 to 36 pieces, making it suitable for both gifting and personal use. The "Chocolate Mamadoru," available only from October to May, replaces the milk red bean paste with a chocolate-flavored filling and is also a very popular item.
