This series is the signature product since the company's founding. Compared to the refreshing and smooth "Sake Hakkaisan," which does not interfere with the flavors of dishes and is suitable for daily drinking, this "Daiginjo" is designed for enjoying a slightly premium sake on special occasions. It is made from carefully selected Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 45%, brewed with Hakkaisan's snowmelt water and handmade koji.
