The rich soy sauce-flavored broth is also very delicious. The broth is based on pork bones, chicken carcasses, and vegetables, with the addition of seafood such as small fish from the Seto Inland Sea to enhance the flavor, and a generous amount of pork back fat, which is characteristic of Onomichi ramen.
